A study published by Kelton Research several years ago showed that nine-in-ten American vehicle owners believed that they are maintaining their vehicle properly. However, the study went on to show that only 41 percent actually followed the manufacturer’s auto service recommendations. It is easy to deduct from this study that there are a lot of vehicles on the road that is greatly in need of some type of auto service and repair.
